Aug 31, 2022 · I'm experiencing the same problem with 2 different Corsair mouse's. The reset button function or re-install icue didn't work out for me. The only thing that works is to plug the mouse into another computer. It will perfectly perform on it. Then I can plug it back into my laptop. This procedure makes it work on my computer after that for a while.

Feb 8, 2022 · The only way I can charge the mouse and use it at the same time is if I unplug the USB receiver. Which makes no sense at all. If it is plugged into the computer with a cable, it should just use the cable like a wired mouse. You know, like every other rechargeable wireless mouse ever created. Sep 6, 2021 · This update didn't exist at the time I first got the issue so I resigned to just unplugging and replugging the mouse evey time I boot. Fix: Thie is for the wired version but should be the same with wireless. All you need to do is search up your mouse model. Go to the page on corsairs website. Go to the download tab. Download iCue software.

Mar 23, 2022 · If you need to use BT for a connectivity for whatever reason, hook up the mouse via USB wire and set the Hardware Lighting and any remaps you need to Hardware Key Assignments. Those then must be saved to the mouse itself through the Device Settings tab. You have three settings on the bottom of the mouse 2.4GHz - wired USB - BT.

Jun 19, 2022 · I just recently purchased the white model and had experienced the same white blinking light on top of the mouse. What worked for me was re-paring the mouse to the USB receiver. In iCUE, I clicked on the Slipstream Wireless USB Receiver, Connections, and re-paired it to the mouse at the bottom-left of the window. iCUE version is 4.33.138.
