One year after the controversy in Rome around players being paid, the PGA of America is bringing all the scorn onto itself with $745 tickets, which could threaten the integrity of the event, Bob Harig writes.

Billed as the biggest event in golf for the last decade, the 2025 Ryder Cup's increase in ticket prices compared to those at Marco Simone in 2023 (roughly $280 for competition days) and Whistling Straits in 2021 (roughly $350 for competition days) have rubbed some the wrong way.

It'll cost around $750 to attend the 2025 Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black in New York, another sign they don't care about normal golf fans.
