The Venezuelan regime sent two planes to the U.S. to pick up 190 migrants and return them to Venezuela. It comes amid concerns about the Trump administration holding migrants at the U.S. Naval Base at Guantanamo Bay.

A federal court on Sunday prevented the Trump administration from transferring three Venezuelan men from an immigration detention center in New Mexico to Guantánamo Bay Naval Base in Cuba, according to the immigrants' lawyer.

The first flight carrying migrants to Guantanamo Bay arrived Tuesday evening, a U.S. Transportation Command official said.
