AKRON, Ohio (WJW) — A late November date has been set for the grand reopening of Lock 3 Park in Akron, ushering in what the mayor calls “a new era” for the city’s downtown area.

Downtown Akron Partnership is hosting the fourth annual Lunar New Year celebration on Saturday, Feb. 15 from 3:30 to 8 p.m.
