Drew Doughty is day to day because of a lower-body injury that kept the defenseman out of the Los Angeles Kings’ game against the Vancouver Canucks on Wednesday night.

The Kings once again have to play without top defenseman and assistant captain Drew Doughty, who is back on the shelf with an injury.

Both the Vancouver Canucks and the Los Angeles Kings will be without some impact defencemen when they faceoff against one another on Wednesday night.

Drew Doughty is day to day because of a lower-body injury that kept the defenseman out of the Kings' game against the Canucks, who welcomed back Quinn Hughes.
