The Boston Red Sox's third baseman made one heck of a gesture to the team's youngest players at spring training.

A few days after the Red Sox signed Alex Bregman, A.J. Hinch predicted he would change their clubhouse. “He’s always thinking about baseball and talking about baseball,” said Hinch, who managed Bregman with the Astros and now manages the Tigers. “He’ll have his opinions.”

The acquisition the Cubs really wanted to make was Alex Bregman, who would have given them the game’s best defensive infield.
