Ruben Amorim may not get a chance to execute his plans at Man United and he could be forced to work with players he wants out of the club for some time.

Ruben Amorim has been struggling as Manchester United boss and his reaction to a wild 2-2 draw at Liverpool on Sunday said it all. He was very happy with the performance and so many of his players put in a spirited, focused and committed display. But he was angry he hasn’t seen it more often since he arrived a few months ago.

Amorim made three changes against the Premier League leaders, recalling Kobbie Mainoo and inviting Manuel Ugarte and Bruno Fernandes back into the XI after they both missed the defeat to Newcastle through suspension. The trio all played key roles at Anfield, fully justifying their places in the XI.
