This Rochester Hills couple saw a "DTE" sign on a truck and two men saying, "You have a gas leak." Now, both of those men are in custody for murder.

Joshua Zuazo, the second man accused of posing as a DTE worker and killing a Rochester Hills man, appeared in court on Friday.

The suspect was apprehended Monday in Plymouth Township and held in the death of Hussein Murray, 72, in his home.

ROCHESTER HILLS, MI -- A second suspect in the murder of Hussein Murray is expected to be arraigned Friday on charges of murder and unlawful imprisonment. According to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office, Joshua Zuazo, 39, of Dearborn, will appear in court around 1:15 p.m. for his arraignment, four days after he was arrested in Plymouth.
