Microsoft forcing new Outlook on Windows 10 PCs next month
Starting next month, Microsoft will begin forcibly installing its new Outlook email client on all Windows 10 devices. This move will occur in two phases. The first phase of the rollout will begin on 28 th January 2025 with the release of an optional Windows 10 update. This update will include the new Outlook for users who choose to install it.

I Switched to New Outlook for Windows so You Didn't Have To
New Outlook serves ads in the email client, which are impossible to remove without paying. Lack of a unified inbox makes it challenging to manage multiple email accounts in New Outlook. The interface of New Outlook is clunky and reminiscent of Windows 8, leading to an overall unpleasant user experience.
