General Hospital left viewers with quite a cliffhanger after Cyrus (Jeff Kober) and Lucky (Guy Wilson) had a physical altercation. After he attempted to stick Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) with Digitalis,

Will someone on General Hospital get too close to proving Cyrus' guilt? Will Lucky and Elizabeth come to their rescue if Cyrus tries to kill again?

The February 20, 2025 episode of General Hospital ended with a twist when Cyrus was killed while everyone waited for word on Lucky. After getting stabbed with a syringe of digitalis, Lucky (temporarily played by Guy Wilson) fell to the floor.

Valentine's Day (the longest day since the Black n White Ball!!!) continues for a fourth day...... Cyrus gets the best of Lucky and runs out. Liz does CPR before paramedics are able to take him to the hospital.
