Justin Eboigbe joined the Chargers’ defensive line last season as a fourth-round draft choice from Alabama.

Da'Shawn Hand is headed West. Per Mike Garafolo of NFL Media, Hand has agreed to a one-year deal with the Chargers. Garafolo notes the contract is worth up to $3.35 million. Hand, 29, spent the last two seasons with the Dolphins.

Wide receiver Mike Williams, who was cut by the Chargers just last year in a move to get under the salary cap, is returning to the team on a one-year deal.
