After making short work of Renato Moicano Saturday night at UFC 311, Islam Makhachev is already targeting who he wants to defend his belt against next.

Makhachev was set to defend his title in a rematch against Arman Tsarukyan, while Moicano was to face Beneil Dariush. However, everything changed at the official morning weigh-ins when Tsarukyan withdrew from his title opportunity due to a back injury.

In the main event of UFC 311, we saw a lightweight title fight that came together in a little less than 24 hours. Originally, Moicano was supposed to face Beneil Dariush while Makhachev was supposed to face Arman Tsarukyan.
