Sun Country Airlines Holdings , Inc. (NASDAQ:SNCY), a scheduled air transportation service provider with a market capitalization of $904 million, has completed a secondary public offering and concurrent share repurchase,

Sun Country Airlines is not selling any shares and will not receive any proceeds from the offering.

Apollo Global Management had bought Sun Country in 2017 and remained its single largest shareholder even after the airline went public again. Sun Country is also launching a share purchase plan.
