Decaying dog, malnourished animals found in Goshen man’s home
A man was arrested on animal cruelty charges after a dead dog and malnourished pets were found in his home. State police identified the man as 40-year-old Tyler Grimes of Goshen. They arrested Grimes on Friday on an arrest warrant following a traffic stop by Torrington police.
