Elvira had named Ariana Grande as her worst celebrity encounter. Now, the singer is apologizing to the Mistress of the Dark.

Ariana Grande responded this week to Elvira's recent claim that the singer once declined a photo with her. Horror hostess character actress Elvira, real name Cassandra Peterson, recently went viral for saying at a a Knotts Berry Farm event that one of her worst celebrity encounters occurred when Grande brought a large group of friends and family to an Elvira performance and then refused to take a photo with Peterson.

After an audible gasp and boos from the audience, Elvira added that Grande also added salt to the wound by leaving the show before it started -- though her 20 guests stayed behind to enjoy it.
