A year after acquiring Saquon Barkley from the New York Giants, the Philadelphia Eagles have once again raided their NFC East rivals, securing yet another player from New York. The Philadelphia Eagles are making moves once again in free agency,

Philadelphia announced the re-signing of fullback/linebacker Ben VanSumeren and also signed free agent running back AJ Dillon to one-year deals. Both Dillon and VanSumeren should be able to help enhance what the Eagles do so well on the offensive side.

Dillon is no Barkley, but he’ll fit in nicely now that backup running back Kenneth Gainwell has agreed to a one-year, $1.7M contract to join the Pittsburgh Steelers. A second-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, Dillon appeared in 60 games for the Packers, rushing for 2,428 yards and 16 touchdowns with another 763 yards and two scores through the air.
