Jarren Duran was one of the most dynamic players on the Boston Red Sox last season, but it looks like the two sides will head to salary arbitration this winter over $500,000.

The Boston Red Sox agreed to one-year deals with three of their starting pitchers on Thursday to avoid arbitration, as they signed Tanner Houck for $3.95 million, Garrett Crochet for $3.8 million and Kutter Crawford for $2.75 million.
