As of 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, about 8,662 Portland General Electric (PGE) customers and around 3,154 Pacific Power customers are without power, with the majority of people between Portland, Eugene and the Oregon Coast. Those numbers are down from 54,407 PGE and 28,316 Pacific Power customers who were without electricity at 11:30 p.m. on Monday.
