England defeated India by 26 runs in the third T20I of the series at Niranjan Shah Stadium in Rajkot. Despite the defeat, Varun Chakravarthy was adjudged Player of the Match for his five-wicket haul in the game.

England defeated India by 26 runs in the must-win third T20I to keep their hopes of winning the series alive. After the hosts won the first two games of the five-match series, Jos Buttler’s team knew they had to win in Rajkot and did so thanks to a superb bowling display.
