An elderly Menlo woman is dead after a Tuesday morning house fire, according to Adair & Guthrie County Emergency Management (EMA).Shortly before 9:30 a.m., the Menlo Fire Department, Stuart Fire Department and Stuart Rescue were dispatched to the report of a possible house fire in the 400 block of 3rd Street in Menlo.

Authorities in Menlo say a 73-year-old woman died Tuesday morning in a house fire. Crews from Menlo and Stuart fire departments responded around 9:35 a.m. Tuesday to the fire in the 400 block of 3rd Street.
