A man was arrested on Friday in Goshen for three counts of animal cruelty, according to state police. In August, state police said that they were made aware of an animal control complaint against 40-year-old Tyler Grimes.

Connecticut State Police arrested a Goshen man on Feb. 14 after they allegedly found a dog's body and two other animals malnourished and starved. Tyler Grimes, 40, of Goshen, is charged with three counts of cruelty to animals.
