Gavin & Stacey viewers have noticed a glaring continuity error in the Christmas Special finale. The show returned for a final time on Christmas Day this year, with the much-anticipated episode finally answering the fate of Nessa and Smithy’s relationship, picking up from 2019’s cliffhanger that saw Nessa get down on one knee.

However, during the moving monologue, fans noticed a major continuity error. In the scene, Mick stands up with a full pint in his hand while addressing their group. But, in the middle of the speech, the drink suddenly appears to be half-full before returning back to full again.

Gavin and Stacey came to an end on Christmas Day as the cast and fans alike were left in tears at the emotional ending, but one big character was missing from the festivities
