Stephen King’s Fairy Tale novel is being turned into a television series. Fairy Tale was published in September 2022. Written by King, the novel follows a 17-year-old boy named Charlie Reade who finds himself in the middle of a war between good and evil after he is transported to a hidden realm.

Stephen King's first fantasy book, Fairy Tale, is being adapted as a TV show by A24. Per Deadline, the book was initially going to be a feature film from Universal, but, since the novel runs over 600 pages,
