D-Wave Quantum (NYSE:QBTS) has raised $150M in gross proceeds through an "at-the-market" equity offering program. The $150M ATM Program commenced on January 15 and ended on January 21. It was completed at an average price per share of $6.

Quantum Computing said earlier this month that it entered agreements to sell $100 million of common stock to institutional investors.
