This was a mildly difficult hike. The path is uneven and is easy to lose your footing. Most of the path has a handrail and there are several spots to stop for a quick rest if needed. The views all th… Full review by 885trudis

Hiking Diamond Head was an absolutely beautiful excursion! We loved the physicality of the hike (we’re not super athletic) and loved the vistas at the top! Full review by jbarker3

Are they strict about reservation times? Has anyone been able to enter before their pre-booked time? We made reservations for 11am, thinking we can realistically get there between 10:30-11am. I read online you could be denied if you arrived after 30 min into your slot, so just curious if they are lenient about letting people in early if its not crowded.

No not strict if you are just walking in... parking will be strict because there are limited spaces
